Monday night Rookies is starting finally!!!!
The first one will be May 13th and then every Monday going forward. We'll be on the water at 6pm sharp so show up around 5:30 to unload and get ready. If you're new to this you can just show up and we have boats and gear you can use ($5 for non MCA members -see note number 2 below).

-We'll meet in the parking lot near the turn around starting at 5:30. Just look for a bunch of canoes on cars and a canoe trailer.
There are a couple new things this year:
1. The MCA bought six Jensens 18's to use at events like this, so there shouldn't be a lack of boats anymore! Invite a friend! Continue to bring your own boat too.
2. To offset capitol investment, maintenance, and insurance costs associated with our boats, we will be charging $5 per night to non-MCA members. Please sign up with us on this site, or we will have sign up sheets at Rookies. (Annual membership is only $20!) It supports a good cause and doesn't cost much!
