We bought this in 2001 from Spring Creek Outfitters in Mt. Iron, MN, and used it for 4 years until we bought an actual 17 foot sailboat. We're both in our 70s, and sailing is now too difficult for our old bones. We used to go on many River Ramblers trips and enjoyed them, but our health no longer allows us to that either.
We used the sailing kit on local small lakes as well as once each on Lake Minnetonka and White Bear Lake. It is all in good condition, and includes a rowing rig option which you can use in lieu of sailing to row your canoe. Come and look it over and then decide if you want it.
