Northern Tier National High Adventure program is an American Camping Association accredited camp operated by the Boy Scouts of America. Each summer, we provide wilderness adventures to over 5,000 high school age participants making us the largest provider of canoe expeditions in the world.

Teens ages 14 to 20 and their leaders embark on 6 to 14-day canoe trips which launch from Ely, Minnesota, Atikokan, Ontario and Bissett, Manitoba. During these trips they explore millions of acres of pristine lakes, meandering rivers, dense forests and wetlands in the Superior National Forest and Quetico Provincial Park. Interpreters (Canoe Trip Leaders) stay with each group for the duration of their trip.
